Who we are
Most contractors build what someone else drew. We do both.
Since 2019 we’ve been building across Collin County as a single accountable team — design and engineering, permits and code, and the construction itself all handled in-house.
That means no drawings lost in the handoff between an architect and a crew, and no gap between the estimate you’re quoted and the house you actually get. One team owns the project from slab to styling.

Architecture and space planning, structural engineering, MEP, and construction are handled in-house — so the estimate is grounded in what actually gets built.
Permits & code, handled
We file the permits, coordinate inspections, and build to code across Collin County — Allen, Plano, Frisco, McKinney, and Prosper each run their review a little differently, and we work each one.
Insured & bonded
The Remo Guys carries $1M in insurance and is bonded — so the crew on your property, and the work they leave behind, is backed.
